While most consumer services shrank, MyMobileLine reports activity up 32 percent across its city chat lines. It absorbed rising costs instead of raising prices, which built loyalty in markets with few cheap ways to meet people.
Platform upgrade
The old IVR system is replaced. Faster greeting playback, better audio, saved greetings for members, and instant mid call minute renewal so a conversation never has to end for a top up.
900 cities, three million calls
On its ninth anniversary the network reaches 922 city chat lines, from Sacramento to Newark, and passes its three millionth call.
Longest ever free trial
A trial extension across every city chat line brings in more than 200,000 new callers in 30 days, per the company.
Rebuilt on cloud telephony
A ground up rebuild adds near zero connection latency, activity based routing that puts you through to the most active local callers first, and AI assisted spam and harassment detection.
